Nebraska is the best place to live. I know I am going to live here forever. It is very safe because it is in the middle of the country. It has urban and rural places, everything you could possibly want. Nebraska offers a sense of peace and tranquility that can be hard to find in more densely populated states.
There are a lot of pros and cons to living in Nebraska. The pros include affordable cost of living, beautiful natural landscapes, lower population density, diverse agriculture and food options, friendly and welcoming residents, quality education, health care is way less expensive than in other states, ect. Cons to living in Nebraska include fewer big cities, less job opportunities and weather, but you have to deal with weather everywhere.
Jeffery Brokaw’s reason for living in Nebraska, ”I like having all of the seasons, it is a good combo of rural and urban. The sunsets are pretty, there are a lot of nature trails, the quality of life, cost of living, and good job opportunities.”
Nebraska is one of the most affordable states, houses rank lower than national average, so does transportation, utilities, and health cost. Nebraska is also ranked 3rd in fiscal stability.
“Since almost 50% of households earn between $35,000 and $100,000, we’ve been named the best state for the middle class. We’re one of the most affordable states to raise a family in,” according to Nebraska.gov.
Nebraska’s population is very good considering our size, we have a population of 3,194,176 which is the 37th biggest state population, and Nebraska land acres with just over 77,220 square miles ranks 16th in biggest state size, which leaves a bunch of room for homes, business, and agricultural purpose.
If you like lots of room and not as many people, then Nebraska is for you!
