Students Learn About Digital Safety
MURRAY, Neb. – On Tuesday Oct. 4th lawyer Bobby Truhe came and talked to the students of Conestoga high school. Truhe taught them a lot about real situations that have happened all throughout Nebraska in hopes to encourage them to make the right decisions. Truhe told his past experiences in a very lively way to keep students entertained.
Truhe took time to come to talk to students about digital citizenship and the do’s and don’ts of handling situations in high school. He talked about the different consequences that you could get yourself into ranging from school based consequences to law consequences. Truhe did a very good job with talking about such a sensitive topic to make the stories captivating. Many good examples were made during this assembly to make sure what’s right is done.
Sophomore student Louie C. gave his statement and said “Bobby was a very great presenter, he knows how to make such a serious topic enjoyable to learn about while being a great influence and leader to everyone in the school.” Students were very thankful to have Truhe come teach.
