Conestoga Applauds One Act Performance
Murray, NEB- Thursday, Nov. 3rd Conestoga One Act Cast and crew held their very first performance in their very own Conestoga commons. The doors opened at 6 for the parents and students to watch the performance. There was a dinner held before and during the performance for everyone to enjoy some delicious chili and cinnamon rolls. The play started with Delaney D. narrating the start of the monologue.
Conestoga’s One Act team works endlessly with rehearsals happening usually every week night from 6:00-8:30 and the occasional weekend rehearsal. The members of One Act cast and crew work diligently and efficiently in order to perform top notch performances like the one held on November 3rd. Cast and crew did an amazing job conducting and pulling through to make a performance that brought out all of our emotions. It made us cry, laugh, feel anger, but most importantly it made us feel proud of the team for performing such a beautiful play. The play started at 7 and ended at 7:35.
“I thought we did a really good job but I feel like there were a few mess ups in it” Piper I., a sophomore who is also one of the actors in this play stated. If there were any mess ups, the one act crew did a great job at hiding it and continuing to go with the flow. I can’t wait to see what the rest of the one act season will bring!
