A Secret Revealed?
What was supposed to be a secret way to revolt has exploded in popularity, minecraft. Breaking the blocks while teachers crack down on this. Researching to find more while the downloads spread. But how did it get here?
The Leadup
The online management was fine. A little overextending but not that bad. But one month ago all non-managed sites were blocked. A purge of information, no good or bad sites. A collective punishment.
The Grassroots
The story goes 3 weeks ago in 6th hour Spanish. two people, whose names are not said due to fear of their punishment, found a simple site. To download minecraft. This simple sentence broke the careful system of management. Can’t block it, can’t stop it. Only cutting the source can stop it. But this is a hydra, more and more are found. But for now this isn’t known.
The Spread
Eventually this spread like wildfire, people downloading it. It was discovered two weeks ago, and the fight to suppress it began. Recon on what it was. Eventually one person was brought to the office and they explained, it was downloaded. This was a resistance. We were fine with it until their management of sites went to their head, they blocked mindlessly, and went past the simpleness of blocking sites for good reasons. They pushed us. And we're pushing against this.
The Future?
I hope this never ends, we will continue until they remove the no managed sites rule. We want it the old way, and we will continue. This is what the founding fathers did, but instead of 13 colonies it’s one school, and sites are the battleground.
