Conestoga Girls Face Uphill Battle Against Raiders

MURRAY, NEB.–The Conestoga Girls Basketball team had new challenges this past Saturday in their game against Logan View/Scribner-Snyder. The girls varsity team had only nine players available for the game. Injuries and quarantine-related issues left the Cougars shorthanded. The girls were unable to overcome LV/S-S’s depth and dropped the game 57-26.
Sophomore Sophia Ackerman led Conestoga’s scorers with 12 points. She also added 16 rebounds and one steal. Myah Cummings had eight points, two assists and one steal.
