Murray, NEB- Conestoga students assembled as a school on Friday, March 29 for the third quarter recognition rally. First of all, the rally started off by recognizing all the patrons of the third quarter honor roll. They were called up onto the gymnasium floor and were handed a certificate. They all gathered by the bleachers on the opposite end of the gym for a group photograph.

After this, students who were nominated for a character award were acknowledged. They were given a certificate along with a tasty zebra cake. Again, they clustered by the bleachers and took a photo together. To end the pep rally, upcoming state events were appreciated. The members of Conestoga’s FFA stood up to be recognized, and, following this, the FBLA Chapter was applauded. Skills USA was also mentioned, along with the speech team.

This rally was arranged by one of Conestoga’s beloved teachers, Jessica Schlichtemeier. Everyone owes her a big thank you, and we cannot wait for the next recognition rally for quarter four!
